FAQs
We're frequently asked questions about RMHC and the work we do. If you have a question that isn't answered below, get in touch and we'll see what we can do.
Our volunteers are the heart of our Houses and Family Rooms. The families we help require wide range of services and support which is why rely on volunteers with many different skills who can help us meet their needs. Volunteering at Ronald McDonald House is rewarding because you are able to work with remarkable people along the way while making a real difference to the lives of seriously ill children and their families.
If you are interested in volunteering, please see our current volunteer opportunities.
We encourage volunteers of all backgrounds, skills and life experiences to get involved!
Volunteers generally need to be 18 years or older.
Ronald McDonald House Charities is proud to be a child-safe organisation and our volunteer onboarding process includes background checks to ensure all volunteers share our commitment to child safety.
